Laura began her professional career in London 13 years ago in the hospitality management industry. During her time in this vibrant metropolis, she received her education in Business Management and gained valuable experience in operations management and business support, working for Santander Asset Management UK. This stage was critical for her professional growth, providing her with a solid foundation in project management, team coordination, and supplier relations.
Her experience was further enriched during her time at DIAGEO, where she served as Transformation Leader and Change Manager. In this role, Laura was responsible for ensuring that projects met their business objectives, increasing adoption, and minimizing resistance among the target audience. Her ability to manage change plans and ensure business readiness across various markets and functions has been remarkable, building strong relationships with stakeholders and effectively promoting organizational change adoption.
