Introduction
We are looking for Business Value Architect with Celonis platform expertise. As a Business Value Architects you will collaborate closely with our customers to understand their business processes, challenges, and goals, and drive them to identify process gaps and boost value in their business.
Description of the position
This is a full-time role for a Busines Value Architect at ThePineappleCo, with some flexibility for remote work.
As a Business Value Architect (BVA) you will work with the customers to drive measurable business value and accelerate adoption of Celonis. The BVA acts as an extension of the internal processes team to help drive change and realize savings and business impact.
The BVA will Improve processes is the first step to help our customer and capture a much bigger opportunity to increase and maximize the execution capacity of your entire business.
Responsabilities
Customer Value
- Capture business opportunity (bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas of improvement).
- Quantify the impact of process improvements in terms of cost savings, time reduction, increased productivity, and other relevant metrics.
- Identification of Action Plans and propose solutions that align with the customer’s business objectives.
- Prioritize list of Improvement Opportunities.
- Involvement in the implementation of solutions.
- Value realization tracker to assess the effectiveness of process improvements and ensure that the expected benefits are achieved
- Facilitate tools and methodology about process improvement
Adoption
- Definition of user Rollout Plan.
- Develop Training Plan and ensure user Enablement.
- Support on the Governance Structure Models and CoE.
- Change Management Plan & support the change.
- Perform specific training and Workshops.
- Follow up adoption and usage Tracker.
Profile Requeriments
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Information Systems or Engineering (information-oriented).
- Have 8+ years experience in Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, in a Software Company.
- Experience and holistic knowledge about Celonis.
- Solid knowledge about Project management and Process Improvement methodologies
- Strong analytical skills, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems.
- Deeply experienced in analysing processes (Preferably in Payment,Financial, Commercial, and Academic processes)
- Have strong communication and presentation skills
- High level of english is required. Spanish is a plus
- Experience in Agile methodologies
