Description of the position
This is a full-time Cyber Security Engineer role at The Pineapple Corp. located in Madrid. This is a hybrid role that involves designing, implementing, and maintaining cyber security measures to protect the organization’s computer systems and networks. The Cyber Security Engineer will also be responsible for troubleshooting security issues and providing technical support to end-users.
Responsabilities
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect the company’s systems and data.
- Participate in detecting and responding to security incidents.
- Collaborate in vulnerability assessments and the implementation of preventive solutions.
- Conduct forensic analysis in case of security breaches.
Profile Requeriments
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
- Strong knowledge of Cybersecurity and Information Security
- 2-5 years of experience in Network Security and Application Security
- Ability to conduct Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing
- Experience with security tools and software such as SIEM, Firewalls, IDS, and IPS
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within teams
- Relevant Security Certifications such as CEH, CISSP, CISM, is a plus
- Very high level of English proficiency, both written and spoken
