Introduction
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with experience in the implementation of technology solution. As a Business Analyst you will collaborate closely with our customer stakeholder such as Scrum Master, Product Owner and Business manager, to understand their needs, challenges, goals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business processes, technologies and analysis tools. He/She should also have experience in project management and good teamwork attitudes.
Description of the position
This is a full-time role for a Senior Business Analyst at ThePineappleCo, with some flexibility for remote work.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be the key link between technology teams and business stakeholders. Your main role will be to understand the business needs and project requirements, and translate them into clear and detailed technical specifications. You will work closely with the different teams to ensure the successful delivery of technology solutions.
Responsabilities
- Collaborate with business, project team, and technology teams to understand project goals and requirements.
- Identify and document business requirements and technical specifications, ensuring they are clear, complete, and consistent.
- Conduct analyzes and studies to assess the feasibility and impact of proposed changes to business and technology systems.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency in current processes and systems.
- Create flowcharts, prototypes, and mockups to visualize and communicate proposed solutions.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure a common understanding of the requirements and resolve doubts or ambiguities.
- Participate in user testing and acceptance testing to verify that technology solutions meet business requirements.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leaders throughout the project life cycle.
Profile Requeriments
- University degree in business, information technology or related field.
- More than 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in technological projects or software development.
- In-depth knowledge of requirements gathering and analysis techniques, such as interviews, workshops, and prototyping.
- Demonstrated skills in mapping business processes and identifying improvements.
- Ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in preparing requirements documents, use cases, user stories, etc.
- Experience with agile methodologies and ability to work in Scrum teams .
- Excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively.
- High level of English is required. Spanish is a plus
