We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team and play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional user experiences for our clients. As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize user interfaces that are intuitive, visually appealing, and drive user engagement.

Description of the position

This is a full-time role for a Senior Design UX/UI at ThePineappleCo, with flexibility for remote work.

As a UI/UX designer, your primary responsibility will be gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components to deliver the best UX interfaces, perform usability testing and create low and high fidelity mock-ups to validate design concepts. You’ll create both functional and appealing features that address our clients’ needs and help us grow our customer base.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications, we’d like to meet you.

Responsabilities
  • Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept development to final implementation, ensuring the delivery of high-quality UX/UI solutions.
  • Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather valuable insights and inform design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize design concepts and interactions.
  • Develop visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces that align with industry best practices and client objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
  • Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
  • Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
  • Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
Profile Requeriments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum 8 years of proven experience as a UX/UI designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
  • Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to articulate and present design concepts to clients and team members
  • Experience working in agile development environments is a plus.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging design technologies.
  • Very High English level (written and spoken). Spanish is a plus
