We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with experience in technological projects. As a Project manager you will collaborate closely with our customer and program manager, to understand their needs, challenges, goals, and drive projects around their business and achieve the target in time, quality and costs. He/She should have good teamwork attitudes.
Description of the position
This is a full-time role for a Senior Project Manager at ThePineappleCo, with some flexibility for remote work.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be the leader responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing technology projects from start to final delivery. Your focus will be on ensuring that projects are delivered within the established scope, time, and budget, while maintaining high customer satisfaction. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, managing resources and effectively communicating with all stakeholders to ensure project success.
Responsabilities
- Manage and oversee technological projects from the initiation phase to delivery, ensuring the achievement of objectives and work quality.
- Define the scope, deliverables, and project schedules in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Estimate and manage the necessary resources for project execution, including internal and external teams.
- Identify and manage project risks, as well as any issues that may arise during development.
- Effectively communicate with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, milestones achieved, and potential changes in scope or schedule.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and adherence best practices.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle by anticipating and addressing their needs.

Profile Requeriments
- University degree in computer science, engineering or related field.
- More than 8 years of experience as a Project Manager in technology or software development projects.
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, such as PMI, Prince2 or Agile.
- Demonstrated skills in leadership, team management and conflict resolution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to present clear and concise reports.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- High level of english is required. Spanish is a plus
