Introduction
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced RPA Engineer to join our team and contribute to the success of our process automation projects. As a RPA Engineer you will collaborate closely with our customer, to understand their needs, challenges, goals, and addressing process and system gaps, thereby elevating the level of automation within their workflows.
Description of the position
We are offering a full-time hybrid position for a Robotic Process Automation Consultant. This role is primarily based in Spain. As an RPA Engineer, your core responsibilities will encompass the design, development, testing, and implementation of robotic process automation solutions within our clients’ organizations. You will also play a pivotal role in identifying and evaluating business processes, offering recommendations for automation to optimize efficiency. Moreover, effective stakeholder communication is integral to this role, as you will engage with stakeholders to thoroughly comprehend their requirements and deliver tailored robotic process automation solutions that align with their specific needs.
Responsabilities
- Collaborate with project teams and Process owners in the identification of process automation opportunities.
- Being able to lead requirements gathering meetings.
- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of RPA bots to ensure optimal performance and the quality of automation
- Assist in project management, including planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users of RPA bots.
- Document business processes within scope
- Stay up-to-date on trends and advancements in process automation and RPA.
Profile Requeriments
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience of at least 4 years in RPA development and implementation with strong understanding of Robotics and Process Automation solutions.
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to identify and analyze business processes
- Deep knowledge of robotic process automation tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.
- Excellent training in software development, e.g. C#, C++, Java, Python, .NET
- Experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL)
- Experience working with agile methodologies
- Excellent Communication skills to interact and collaborate with stakeholders from inception to implementation, translating technically-heavy concepts for non-technical stakeholders when necessary
- Ability to work with tight deadlines, prioritize tasks and multi-task
- Organizational abilities. Committed attitude and drive for results.
- RPA certification is a plus.
- High level of English is required for this role. Spanish is a plus
