We are seeking a Senior Change Manager to oversee the implementation of technological solutions within a global environment. As a Change Manager, you will work closely with all project stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their business processes, challenges, and objectives. Your role will be to provide guidance and ensure the proper implementation of technological solutions in the affected areas
Description of the position
This is a full-time role for a Senior Change Manager at ThePineappleCo, with some flexibility for remote work.
This is a full-time role for a Senior Change Manager at ThePineappleCo, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Senior Change Manager you will be a key player in ensuring the successful adoption of technology solutions by our clients. You will work closely with project teams and business stakeholders to drive effective change strategies and ensure a seamless transition to new processes and technologies.
Responsabilities
- Assessing the impact of technology implementation on clients’ processes and organizational culture.
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive change management strategies and plans for technology projects.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective alignment between technology and business needs.
- Design and implement communication and engagement plans to inform and involve stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Oversee the development and delivery of training programs to equip employees with the skills necessary to embrace new technologies and processes.
- Proactively address resistance to change and collaborate with project teams to overcome challenges.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of change management initiatives.
- Provide ongoing post-implementation support to ensure sustained adoption and realization of benefits.
Profile Requeriments
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
- More than 5 years of experience of Organizational Change Management and technology projects.
- Solid knowledge of change management methodologies (planning, development and execution).
- Excellent people and communication skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams and third parties.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experienced in Agile delivery methodology is a nice to have.
- Very high English level (written and spoken). Spanish is a plus
