We are seeking a Senior Change Manager to oversee the implementation of technological solutions within a global environment. As a Change Manager, you will work closely with all project stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their business processes, challenges, and objectives. Your role will be to provide guidance and ensure the proper implementation of technological solutions in the affected areas

This is a full-time role for a Senior Change Manager at ThePineappleCo, with some flexibility for remote work.

This is a full-time role for a Senior Change Manager at ThePineappleCo, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Senior Change Manager you will be a key player in ensuring the successful adoption of technology solutions by our clients. You will work closely with project teams and business stakeholders to drive effective change strategies and ensure a seamless transition to new processes and technologies.

Responsabilities
  • Assessing the impact of technology implementation on clients’ processes and organizational culture.
  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive change management strategies and plans for technology projects.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective alignment between technology and business needs.
  • Design and implement communication and engagement plans to inform and involve stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Oversee the development and delivery of training programs to equip employees with the skills necessary to embrace new technologies and processes.
  • Proactively address resistance to change and collaborate with project teams to overcome challenges.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of change management initiatives.
  • Provide ongoing post-implementation support to ensure sustained adoption and realization of benefits.
Profile Requeriments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
  • More than 5 years of experience of Organizational Change Management and technology projects.
  • Solid knowledge of change management methodologies (planning, development and execution).
  • Excellent people and communication skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams and third parties.
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experienced in Agile delivery methodology is a nice to have.
  • Very high English level (written and spoken). Spanish is a plus
